Build Something Customers Can See, Touch, and Believe In

At Key Resin, we manufacture high-performance epoxy, urethane, and terrazzo flooring systems used across a wide range of industries. Before a customer invests in a flooring project, they often want to see and feel what the finished floor will look like. That's where you come in.

We are looking for a Epoxy Sample Technician to create physical flooring samples that accurately represent our products. You'll take raw materials, mix, and apply them to build professional sample boards that help customers visualize their finished floor.  This is a hands-on role that combines craftsmanship, artistry, manufacturing, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

  • Create epoxy, urethane, and terrazzo flooring samples from raw materials.
  • Mix, pour, spread, grind, sand, polish, and finish sample boards.
  • Interpret sample requests and specifications from customers and sales teams.
  • Maintain consistent color, texture, and finish quality.
  • Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Keep detailed records of formulas, materials, colors, and production notes.
  • Assist with new sample development and special customer requests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Experience in woodworking, arts and crafts, model building, painting, or fabrication is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work with flooring materials, coatings, and shop equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to perform detailed work for extended periods.
