Job Title: Epoxy Installer
Pay: $20-$30 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are looking for a Skilled Epoxy Installer to join our commercial flooring team. This position works hands-on with fluid-applied flooring systems and polished concrete in a variety of commercial and industrial environments. Ideal candidates have some prior experience in flooring, construction, or coatings and are ready to continue building their skills in epoxy and concrete finishing.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the installation of epoxy and other fluid-applied flooring systems
  • Support polished concrete preparation and finishing
  • Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation
  • Mix and apply materials according to specifications
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
  • Follow job site safety standards and company procedures
  • Work as part of a crew to meet quality and production goals
  • Travel to job sites as required

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in flooring or coatings preferred
  • Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, MMA, or polished concrete is a plus
  • Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
