Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Epoxy and Polyaspartic Flooring Installer to oversee and execute epoxy flooring projects for our clients. The Lead Installer will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating project logistics, and ensuring high-quality installations that meet or exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy flooring systems and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of epoxy flooring installers on job sites.

2. Coordinate project schedules, materials, and resources to ensure timely completion.

3. Conduct on-site assessments and provide feedback to team when applicable.

4. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed.

5. Mix and apply epoxy compounds according to manufacturer's specifications.

6. Install epoxy coatings using rollers, squeegees, and other tools.

7. Ensure proper adhesion, curing, and finishing of epoxy floors.

8. Address any issues or challenges that arise during installations.

9. Conduct quality inspections to verify finished floors meet standards.

10. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer or similar role.

2. In-depth knowledge of epoxy flooring materials, techniques, and equipment.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Ability to read and interpret project plans.

5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

6. Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.

7. Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

9. Certification in epoxy flooring installation (preferred).

10. OSHA safety training and awareness.

11. Schedule Flexibility as needed.
