$25–$30/hr + Prevailing Wage Projects ($67/hr)

Everlast Industrial Flooring is a growing commercial and industrial epoxy flooring company specializing in epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and concrete restoration systems.

We are looking for experienced Installers / Foreman who are fast learners who can install high-quality epoxy flooring and polished concrete floor finishes.

This is an opportunity for a skilled installer with a strong earning potential.

* Base Pay: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

* Wage Projects: Up to $67/hr on state funded projects

* Growth Opportunity: Lead crews and grow with a rapidly expanding company

What You’ll Be Doing

As an installer/ foreman, you will manage day-to-day installation of commercial and industrial flooring projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising epoxy flooring installation crews
  • Installing commercial epoxy flooring systems from start to finish
  • Operating concrete grinders, polishers, and dust extraction equipment
  • Edge grinding with 5” and 7” grinders
  • Installing polished concrete systems
  • Installing integral cove base and performing epoxy repairs
  • Ensuring jobsite quality, safety, and productivity
  • Coordinating with project managers and general contractors

What We’re Looking For

This position is ONLY for experienced installers with commercial flooring experience.

Qualified candidates should have experience with:

  • Commercial epoxy flooring systems
  • Decorative flake systems
  • Self-leveling epoxy systems
  • Polished Concrete
  • Underlayments / Overlay's
  • Epoxy coatings
  • Operating planetary grinders and polishing equipment
  • Working in commercial / industrial construction environments

Requirements

  • 1+ years epoxy flooring or polished concrete experience
  • Ability to lead a crew and run job sites
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
  • Professional attitude when working with customers and crew
