Job description

Lead EPM Analyst – $135,000–$145,000 base salary

Are you excited about building and scaling enterprise performance management from the ground up? This is an opportunity as a Lead EPM Analyst to join a fast-growing, mission-driven financial services organization that supports multiple brands nationwide and is actively investing in modern finance, data, and AI-driven tools. Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience working with an EPM platform such as Anaplan, Pigment, OneStream, or similar, ideally within a high-growth, multi-location, services environment
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, joins, and validating large datasets across systems
  • Experience integrating EPM tools with ERP and data platforms such as NetSuite, Snowflake, or comparable ETL tools
  • Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems, business analytics, or a related field.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of the company’s EPM platform, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities
  • Partner closely with Finance leadership to improve scalability, usability, and performance of EPM tools and processes, including design and maintenance of planning models, templates, reports, dashboards, and data inputs
  • Work with the data engineering team to support data integrations between the central data platform, business planning platform, and reporting in Power BI
  • Help drive company-wide adoption of EPM tools through change management, documentation, training, and adoption efforts for cross-functional collaboration

Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected base salary range for this role is $125,000–$145,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
