Job description

You Are:

An Oracle EPM Analyst supports the delivery of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions with a strong focus on handson design, configuration, and build activities. This role assists in translating business requirements into functional solution components, configuring EPM Cloud modules, developing forms and reports, supporting integrations, and participating in testing cycles. The analyst collaborates closely with functional and technical teams to ensure solutions are built accurately, efficiently, and aligned to business needs-without requiring seniorlevel architecting responsibilities.

 The Work:

  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional EPM solution designs.
  • Configure Oracle EPM Cloud (e.g., Planning, EPBCS) components including forms, calculations, dashboards, and data mappings.
  • Support data integration activities such as data load setup, validations, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans, resolving defects, and ensuring solution quality.
  • Participate in deployment, user training, and ongoing enhancement efforts.

Here's What you Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion.
  • Experience in business process reengineering and working within Oracle Cloud environments.
