Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating third-party data and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust integrations withthird-party data sources and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesrelated to software applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gatherrequirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry bestpractices, software platforms, and integration methodologies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients andinternal stakeholders.
  • Document processes, solutions, and technicalspecifications.

Requirements
Required Knowledge:
  • Active Directory configuration.
  • SharePoint, Exchange, and Power BI integration.
  • SSO integration.
  • EPIC and HL7 integration.
  • Experience with S2, Alertus, Rave, and similar systems.

Certificates (preferred):
• Microsoft 365 certificates
• Azure certificates
Qualifications:
