Responsibilities
  • Oversee largeโ€‘scale support and optimisation projects for healthcare providers.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, leveraging operational knowledge.
  • Drive performance enhancements across distributed teams.
  • Lead enterpriseโ€‘level Epic managed services programs to maintain stability.
  • Foster longโ€‘term relationships with clients through clear communication.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within technologyโ€‘enabled environments.
