Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Epic Radiant & Mammography Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Radiant module, including Mammography workflows. The candidate will collaborate with clinical stakeholders, radiology departments, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance imaging and diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Radiant application, including Mammography workflows.
  • Gather business and clinical requirements from radiology and imaging stakeholders.
  • Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Radiant enhancements and system changes.
  • Support Mammography scheduling, imaging workflows, reporting, and clinical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
  • L2 & L3 Support
  • Participate in system upgrades, optimizations, and new Epic implementation projects.
  • Coordinate and execute unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, workflow diagrams, and build specifications.
  • Collaborate with Epic teams and other application analysts to ensure seamless integration across modules.
  • Follow Epic best practices and organizational governance standards.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Radiant and Mammography workflows.
  • Epic Radiant Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of radiology operations, diagnostic imaging, and Mammography workflows.
  • Experience working with integrated Epic clinical applications.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Epic Radiant Certification (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Epic Radiant experience
  • Experience supporting Mammography workflows
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of radiology information systems (RIS), PACS integrations, and imaging workflows.
