Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN and Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification looking to leverage your clinical expertise in healthcare technology? We are seeking an experienced RN/BSN Epic Willow Build Analyst to join a collaborative healthcare IT team dedicated to optimizing ambulatory pharmacy applications and improving clinical workflows.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Epic-certified professional with hands-on Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience who enjoys partnering with clinical, pharmacy, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient care and operational excellence.


What You'll Do

  • Design, build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory applications.
  • Perform application build, testing, implementation, upgrades, and ongoing production support.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve Epic application incidents in a timely manner.
  • Analyze pharmacy and clinical workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Translate operational and clinical requirements into scalable Epic solutions.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, operational, and IT stakeholders on system enhancements.
  • Lead application optimization initiatives and recommend Epic best practices.
  • Create and maintain application documentation, build standards, and support materials.
  • Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, and organizational technology initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to application support priorities and continuous improvement efforts.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Active Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required.
  • Hands-on Epic Willow Ambulatory build and configuration experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare application support experience.
  • Experience supporting, configuring, testing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Epic Willow Ambulatory applications.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, Epic workflows, and clinical operations.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Healthcare Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Experience supporting ambulatory pharmacy services.
