Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room / Pediatric ER Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Emergency Room experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. Candidates with Pediatric Emergency Room experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process Complete patient assessments and individualized care plans Provide nursing care considering cultural, psychosocial, and age-specific needs Organize and prioritize patient care effectively in a fast-paced ER environment Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changing situations Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic Facilitate patient education and discharge planning Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Make timely referrals and support continuity of care Participate in unit quality improvement and educational activities Attend mandatory in-services and maintain compliance with hospital standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of strong Emergency Room experience required Pediatric Emergency Room experience preferred Epic charting experience required Knowledge of disease management processes and clinical pathways Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing approved by a state board of nursing Certifications & Licensure Valid State of Oklahoma or Multi-State Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS certification required ACLS certification required PALS certification required NIHSS certification required Skills Emergency patient care Pediatric emergency care Epic charting system Clinical assessment and monitoring Patient education and discharge planning Team collaboration and communication Schedule Shift details provided during interview process Apply Interested candidates can apply with an updated resume and certification details.
