Locum CRNA - Van Wert, Ohio Clinical Role
  • Coverage starting March 2026 onward.

  • Ohio-licensed CRNAs or candidates willing to obtain an Ohio license considered.

  • Credentialing timeline: 60-90 days.

  • Certifications required: BLS, PALS, ACLS (through AHA).

  • Schedule: 7:00?AM - 3:00?PM

    • Call: every 3rd night, every 3rd weekend

    • No OB call; OR call only

    • Call response time: 45 minutes

  • Practice type: All CRNA

  • Case types: Endoscopy, Podiatry, General, Orthopedic, Urology

  • Requirements: Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals (case logs required)

  • Day coverage: 3 providers in 4 ORs

  • EMR: EPIC
