Job Summary:
T2 Group is a dynamic consulting and workforce solutions firm specializing in healthcare IT. They are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead complex Epic initiatives while serving as a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator for cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Epic implementation, optimization, integration, upgrade, and enhancement projects across healthcare organizations.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and Lean delivery practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team velocity, predictability, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs, prioritize work, and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Remove organizational impediments and proactively resolve blockers impacting project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop project roadmaps and delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with Epic analysts, application teams, infrastructure teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Track Agile metrics including sprint velocity, burndown, throughput, and team health indicators.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational governance standards.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communication on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Support organizational Agile maturity by mentoring teams and promoting Agile best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• 2+ years supporting Epic EMR implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or operational initiatives.
• 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects within healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of Epic modules such as Cadence, Prelude, Resolute, MyChart, Ambulatory, ClinDoc, or related applications.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile management tools.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
