Job Duties
- Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of EMR systems and other technology, focusing on best practices and evidence-based workflows
- Provide input on linking practice guidelines and other evidence-based concepts to electronic records
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation and decision support tools to ensure consistency across the system
- Utilizes effective communication skills in interpersonal interactions with patients and families, physicians, students,
fellow employees, vendors, and the public. - Assists in developing standards for assessment, development, and implementation of applications and
systems. - Leverages NEAT/Signal data to analyze clinical nurses' real-time EHR usage patterns, identify pain points, and design targeted education, optimization plans, and at-the-elbow training that meaningfully improves workflow efficiency and end-user experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Related field.
- 3 years progressive clinical/healthcare experience with demonstrated experience leading teams, committees, implementations or other special projects.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and to consistently apply standards with
flexibility for various department functions. - Knowledge and ability to extract key data elements from data systems required as well as software programs including

Physical Demands
