What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 12 years of experience
  • Certified in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle or Technical
What Sets You Apart
  • Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Biotechnology preferred
  • Having experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules
  • Having experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements
  • Having experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models
  • Understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models
  • Proven success managing distributed or global delivery teams
  • Developing service dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics

Travel Requirements

Travel Requirements Up to 80%

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
