The Opportunity
As part of the Epic Managed Services team, you will oversee large-scale support and optimization engagements for healthcare providers. As a Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner, leveraging your operational knowledge and Epic knowledge to deliver quality outcomes while fostering accountability and driving performance across teams. This position allows you to strengthen long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
