Job description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cardiology Clinic

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Pay Rate: $2200 To $2400/Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift 

Experience: 3+ Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Clinic Registered Nurse to join a busy outpatient Heart and Vascular Clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong ambulatory care and cardiology experience while providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. No weekends or on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and assess patient concerns while coordinating cardiac care services.

  • Perform EKGs, assist with Exercise Stress Tests, and Tilt Table Tests.

  • Start IVs for diagnostic procedures and manage cardiac monitoring equipment.

  • Educate patients on cardiac conditions, medications, and treatment plans.

  • Document patient care accurately and collaborate with providers using EPIC EMR.

Requirements

  • Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License.

  • Minimum 3+ years of Cardiology Clinic/Ambulatory Care experience.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).

  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR.

  • Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills.
