American Consultants is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Tyler, Texas.

Start Date: August 25, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:00) with block scheduling. Weekend coverage required (6 shifts per 6-week period). 36-hour orientation provided.

Highlights:

  • Float based on schedule with opportunities across critical care units

Requirements:
  • Active RN license (state or compact) required at time of submission
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
  • Previous travel nursing experience preferred
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Experience with 2:1 or 3:1 patient ratios preferred
  • Trauma Level I or II, community hospital, or LTAC experience preferred
  • Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
