Job Title: Epic Beaker Analyst

Job Summary

As an Epic Beaker Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, support, and optimization of the Epic Beaker Laboratory Information System. You will work closely with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into system functionality, support workflows across laboratory operations, and ensure system reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, build, test, implement, and support Epic Beaker functionality to meet operational needs.
  • Analyze laboratory workflows and translate business requirements into system design and configuration.
  • Perform ongoing system maintenance including quarterly upgrades, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with end users to gather requirements, provide training, and offer technical support to enhance system usage.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, test plans, configuration guides, and workflow standards.
  • Participate in project initiatives including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Provide problem diagnosis, root cause analysis and resolution for application-related issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, vendors) to ensure integrated solutions and seamless workflows.
