  • Understanding finance processes, systems and data structures to identify innovative solutions that drive improved productivity and business performance.
  • Collaborating with Finance teams to understand complex financial reporting requirements.
  • Translating requirements into automated, scalable data analytics reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and executive leadership that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Establishing reporting standards and implementing a governance model across the Finance reporting platform.
  • Maintaining security models and access controls.
  • Creating technical documentation and training materials.
  • Delivering training and support to Finance users to develop and troubleshoot data analytics reporting.
  • Providing input into the design, development and maintenance of data models using Databricks and SQL.
  • Supporting overall Finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What's required to be successful

  • A degree in Business, MIS, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
  • 5+ years experience in Finance reporting or accounting functions.
  • 5+ years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial ERP systems.
  • Experience developing reporting solutions in complex enterprise environments using Power BI and Databricks.
  • SQL development and query optimization skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate consensus.

As the successful Senior Advisor, you're a systems thinker with a knack for connecting dots others might miss.
