Service Technician II
Position Overview
As a Service Technician II, you'll take on increased independence in commercial HVAC service, handling routine to moderately complex maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of systems in office buildings, schools, hospitals, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Building on foundational skills, you'll perform preventive maintenance, component replacements, refrigerant handling, and basic system startups with growing confidence, while assisting senior technicians on advanced calls and beginning to mentor entry-level team members.
