PENN Apartment Staffing is hiring EPA Certified Maintenance Technicians for immediate openings with top apartment communities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

We are seeking dependable maintenance professionals with apartment industry experience, strong HVAC skills, and the ability to complete repairs, service requests, and preventative maintenance.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
  • Complete resident service requests professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with make-ready apartments and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain the property’s safety, appearance, and overall condition
  • Assist with additional maintenance duties as needed


Requirements:

  • EPA Certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance knowledge
