Job description

Mayvin, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) specialist to support a Navy EOD program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and experience supporting ILS for Navy EOD programs to develop Milestone C approval packages, and implement ILS, Post Milestone C.

This role requires a seasoned expert who knows ILS from documentation to implementation for Navy EOD programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can proactively engage with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement to ensure mission readiness and operational success. They bring strong leadership, organizational, and technical expertise to assist with the management of complex Explosive Ordnance Device manned and unmanned projects.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active SECRET clearance or higher.

Responsibilities : * ILS Planning and Management: Develop, update, and manage Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), ILS plans, and other program documentation to meet DoD and Navy standards * Maintenance Planning: Perform Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis, and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) to create effective preventive maintenance systems for EOD programs * Supply Support and Provisioning: Identify, acquire, and catalog spare parts, repair parts, and special tools. This includes creating Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) and managing Approved Parts Lists (APL) * Technical Data Management: Develop, review, and validate technical manuals, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), and drawings (e.g., MIL-STD-3001, S1000D), noting familiarization with EOD Pubs as technical source material * Configuration Management: Track and implement configuration changes in EOD programs, and assess their impact on logistics support * Logistics Certification: Update and develop ILS Certifications for EOD systems * Reliability and Maintainability: Analyze Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) data to drive improvements in EOD programs * Project Planning: Build ILS portions of Milestone C packages for Navy EOD programs * Contracting: Support the development of DoD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for ACAT II - IV DoD Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs / MTAs and other acquisition and contracting efforts
