Job description

*Authorized to work in the US required; US Citizenship preferred

*Remote Position TBD

*Applicants residing in the DMV area preferred as the client is located in Maryland

*Three references required

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Leads the functional design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand current financial and budgeting processes
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials using cloud best practices
  • Configure Oracle EPM Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and budget book creation
  • Align EPM processes with the PGCPS fiscal and budget cycle
  • Support functional testing, UAT, and go-live activities
  • Provide post-go-live functional support and stabilization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of experience working with EPM and/or Oracle Cloud
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Planning and budgeting solutions
  • Public-sector financial and budget process experience
  • Strong functional configuration and user-facing skills
  • Experience in supporting go-live and hypercare periods
