Job description
Are you a passionate software engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit?
We are looking for bright software engineers capable of designing, developing and supporting a complex and fast Âgrowing cloud-Âbased SaaS application. We value an analytic mind, an independent spirit, a passion for the craft of software engineering and the ability to execute in an agile, startup environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and ship software supporting a highly available, fault tolerant SaaS application
- Deliver to Agile development process
- Produce high quality and well-documented code
- Contribute to relevant open source projects
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate in Computer Science
- 0-2 years experience in commercial software development preferred
- Eager to learn and work on complex problems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Some previous experience delivering software in a commercial environment, either in full-time role or internship
Additional experience highly desired includes any of the following: cloud computing, multi-threaded programming, web development (e.g. Django Rails), Chef, and/or Ruby (JRuby).
