We are seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead our Housekeeping and Laundry teams while ensuring an exceptional resident experience through high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
What You'll Be Doing
โ€ข Lead and supervise Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring efficient delivery of environmental services throughout the community.
โ€ข Manage staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning for department team members.
โ€ข Conduct quality inspections and ensure resident apartments, guest rooms, and common areas consistently meet community standards.
โ€ข Manage department budgets, inventories, equipment, vendor relationships, and contracted services.
โ€ข Promote a customer-service-focused culture while maintaining safety standards, documentation, and department compliance requirements.

Position Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Salary: $81,000 - $92,000 / annually DOE
About You
โ€ข Minimum of five years of experience in housekeeping, custodial services, laundry operations, or a related field.
โ€ข Prior leadership experience including employee supervision, performance management, budgeting, and scheduling.
โ€ข Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, safety practices, SDS requirements, and housekeeping equipment.
