  • Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples meticulously for testing as required.
  • Document all laboratory procedures comprehensively, mentor new staff or trainees, and contribute to maintaining high laboratory quality standards.
  • Ensure a tidy, safe working environment, upholding all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certifications
  • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
