Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C., is a growing, multi-disciplined consulting firm of professional engineers, environmental professionals, and planners with more than 450 employees that have been meeting the needs of municipal, industrial and institutional clients across the northeast and mid-Atlantic for over 60 years. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated candidate to help assist in the growth of our Mid-Atlantic Environmental Practice Area to be based out of our Owings Mills, Maryland office. This is a full-time position that will be supported by our other mid-Atlantic offices (Annapolis, MD and Pittsburgh, State College, & Camp Hill, PA), along with offices throughout the northeast. We promote a family-oriented culture and proudly focus on supporting innovation and team growth to provide inspired solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced seller-doer Project Manager with a preferred emphasis on environmental projects with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
  • Project coordination and oversight for all types of environmental projects including, but not limited to, hydrogeological services, potable water, stormwater, watershed management, wastewater, remedial investigations and design, environmental compliance, environmental site assessments, petroleum and chemical bulk storage design and compliance, air permitting and compliance, ecological services, and other related services.
  • Project management.
  • Direct staff supervision, development, and mentoring.
  • Business development.
  • Client and vendor communications.

Requirements
  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in environmental engineering, environmental or natural resources, geology, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, service orientated environment.
  • P.E. or P.G. highly preferred.

Estimated Pay Range: $90,000 - $125,000/year.
Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographic location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
