This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of customer relationships, operational excellence, and complex project execution.   • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in: Program Management, Customer Program Management, Project Management, Operations Leadership, Account Management, Related industrial/manufacturing environments

  • Proven success managing large-scale customer programs in industries such as: Nuclear, Shipbuilding, Aerospace & Defense, Heavy Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Energy & Power Generation, Other highly regulated industries

  • Experience overseeing: Multiple high-value customer contracts, Multi-million-dollar purchase orders, Customer-facing program execution, Risk management and issue resolution

  • Strong understanding of: Manufacturing operations, Production planning and scheduling, Engineering and quality requirements, Supply chain dependencies, Cross-functional stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Nuclear industry experience required

  • Familiarity with ASME Section III, NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B
