Job description

We are TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) , an 8(a) Certified Alaska Native Company (ANC), and a subsidiary of the Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC). We support several military installations and federal agencies across the nation through consulting and contracting our professional and technical solutions.

We are searching for a Contract Program Manager to support our ongoing mission at FBI Redstone Arsenal in Alabama. This is an onsite 6 month contract role, operates during the core hours of our client and requires a Top Secret clearance.

What You'll Do:

  • The Program Manager will have overall responsibility of managing workforce performance and work required within the scope of this contract and shall serve as the principal point of contact for the Contractor with the Government.
  • The Contractor shall designate the Program Manager with responsibility for managing all requirements of this contract. In the absence of the Program Manager the Deputy Program Manager is responsible for these matters.
  • The Program Manager is responsible for attending weekly staff meetings and other periodic meetings as required, to include, but not limited to, weekly joint meetings with the COR and his/her designee to review and plan actions concerning scheduling, priorities, and performance issues.
  • The Program Manager is responsible for visiting staffed locations and future locations on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis as directed by the Government to ensure operational needs are being met and to address any problems on site.
  • The nature of the work required by this contract is such that it is considered essential for a Program Manager to be capable of making decisions and acting for the Contractor on site during core hours. These assignments may be revised with the concurrence of the COR. Regardless of the assignments, the Contractor shall ensure that, on any normal working day an individual with designated authority to manage all requirements of this contract is On-Site and available.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience as a team lead or similar position
  • High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • 7+ years’ experience in this specific industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical capacity and ability to
  • accurately complete all documentation.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices with ability to resolve issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity both
  • independently and collaboratively.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and effectively managing programs as a proficient problem solver and teamwork supporter.
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational and time management skills with the ability to
  • delegate and assign tasks.
  • Ability to coach and mentor other employees.
  • Working knowledge of standard technology used in the industry (e.g., POS, program tracking, bookkeeping, word processing).
