- Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator License in the State of practice REQUIRED -


This position oversees a 15 unit specialty needs program serving high acuity clients. Firwood Gardens has leadership staff solely dedicated to serving this 15 person program, including 7 day a week nurse coverage and high staff to resident ratios on all shifts. This position will partner with the RN, LPN, and Milieu Counselor.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Program Director of Sapphire Health Services will partner with the Executive Director of our Community Based Care facility to manage the overall daily operations. This position will foster an environment where staff is supported, engaged and motivated to deliver the highest level of care to our residents. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Demonstrates leadership and establishes a positive culture of employee engagement
  • Oversee and delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel/departments
  • The Program Manager will partner with the Executive Director to achieve census expectations
  • Ensure facility maintenance is managed and sustained
  • Follow Sapphire policies and procedures
  • Overall management of facility budget, including assisting with training for department heads as needed
  • Participates in the recruiting and hiring of new employees
  • Attend meetings as required including daily Stand-up meeting
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator License in the State of practice.
