About the Role

Motive's Enablement team plays a critical role in ensuring our field teams are equipped with the best Sequences, content, and resources they need to win. We are seeking a results-oriented Outreach Performance Specialist to govern, build, and optimize Outreach Sequences in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales organization.

The ideal candidate will establish the operating model for Outreach content, build and implement sales sequences directly in Outreach, and partner cross-functionally to scope, design, and measure the performance of core Marketing Sequences. Success in this role is measured by field adoption of Outreach, improvements to field efficiency and effectiveness as a result of using Outreach capabilities, and influenced Revenue outcomes such as increased pipeline generation or conversion.

What You'll Do

  • Outreach Governance & Strategy: Develop the governance model for Outreach content, sequences, and AI-enabled workflows to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment to business goals in partnership with Marketing and Sales Transformation.
  • Sequence Development & Optimization: Build, launch, maintain, and continuously improve sequences based on business priorities and performance data. 
  • Experimentation & Performance Analysis: Partner with Marketing to run A/B tests across messaging, personas, and sequencing approaches; analyze performance trends and translate findings into improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead an Outreach content committee, partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Transformation, and other key stakeholders to drive prioritization, performance standards, and sequence adoption. 
  • Change Management: Partner with Enablement Business Partners to drive field adoption of new Outreach content through clear enablement plans, stakeholder communication, training, and performance measurement. 
  • Business Impact Measurement: Define success metrics for Outreach initiatives, monitor adoption and effectiveness, and connect improvements in prospecting effectiveness to pipeline and Revenue outcomes. 

What We're Looking For

  • AI native: experience developing AI solutions, strategy, implementing AI tools for a GTM organization. 
  • Outreach admin experience including building sequences, maintaining sequence libraries/collections, building views and dashboards, and analyzing usage and performance. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Fluent in change management methodologies, with demonstrated success driving tool and process adoption across large organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience designing experiments, interpreting performance data, and identifying repeatable improvements across personas, messaging, and process
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with global Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Transformation, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
