B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites within our I&E Renewables division in Utah, Idaho, and Texas. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for environmental health and safety to help us drive a culture of safety and company profit. We are looking for the best candidates for our leadership team and are offering a competitive annual salary of $88,900-$100,000. For the right candidate, we are willing to negotiate the salary. This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual (Spanish) fluency is required to communicate and exchange accurate information with our diverse teams.
  • Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT, or other BCSP designations.
  • Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is preferred.
  • Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32° or above 100°).
  • Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho, sometimes at a moment's notice.
  • Solar farm experience required.
