Title: Field Technician
Location: Roosevelt, Utah
Department: Operations
Job Requirements
Example of Duties:
  • Report for work at Scheduled Time. Scheduled time is 7:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
  • On Call 24/7. Unless you have scheduled and approved days off.
  • Must get all time off requests scheduled and approved, schedule/coordinate another tech to fill in while you are off.
  • Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the company and the state.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, by maintaining consistent presence at work and on customer property.
  • Provide Good customer service. Our customer is our #1 priority.
  • Perform inspections of equipment for operating deficiencies and make routine adjustments where necessary. Secure tools, parts, and equipment as necessary.
  • Must be mechanically, and electrically inclined to perform routine maintenance and repairs to Pressure Washers, Mudvacs, and Screen Cleaners.
  • Must have Daily Effective Communication with Dispatcher regarding daily service.
  • Report all call outs to Dispatcher as soon as call out has been received. Respond to call out's same day they are received.
  • Complete Daily Maintenance and Call out log sheets, Daily Inventory Part Manifest, Part po requests, Field Tickets.
  • Keep all credit card receipts from company card and turn in weekly.
  • Turn in all required paperwork to Dispatcher daily.
  • Understand and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear the personal protective equipment required by the company and customers.
  • Participate in company safety and training programs.
  • Report all accidents, near misses involving self, company vehicles, equipment, or other job personnel to dispatcher/manager immediately.
  • Must have good writing skills.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management personnel.
  • Must be self-motivated, work independently and have good time management skills.

    Experience / Qualifications:
    1. Must pass Background Check.
    2. Willing and able to work overtime, shift work, rotating schedules, irregular hours, nights, weekends, and / or holidays as business needs may require.
    3. Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities of his / her position.
    4. Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
    5. May be required to work in tight spaces or on elevated platforms.
    6. Must be self-motivated and willing and able to work independently.
