Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple environmental remediation projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
  • Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Conduct project planning meetings and monitor project progress.
  • Review contracts, change orders, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Track labor, equipment, and material costs to maintain project profitability.
  • Coordinate environmental sampling, waste disposal, transportation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
  • Perform site visits to monitor safety, quality, and production.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Environmental Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience managing environmental remediation projects.
  • Strong understanding of contaminated soil, groundwater remediation, excavation, or environmental construction.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.
  • Preferred
  • Experience with asbestos abatement or hazardous materials remediation.
  • Knowledge of lead abatement, mold remediation, or industrial hygiene projects.
