A McDonald's Lobby Attendant is a front-of-house role that supports the restaurant's operations and customer experience in the lobby area. This position is often part of the broader Crew Member team, which also includes cashier, cook, and other service roles Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources+1.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with orders, and provide a friendly, respectful experience Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources.
  • Food Preparation Support: Help with prep tasks such as frying, nugget cooking, fish, chicken, and other menu items when needed Indeed.
  • Stocking & Restocking: Ensure the lobby and dining areas are well-stocked with food, drink bags, sauces, and other supplies Indeed.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Mop floors, clean restrooms, wipe down tables and kiosks, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Indeed+1.
