Graphic Design and Asset Manager

Part-Time

Are you a creative professional with a strong eye for design and the ability to manage multiple projects across platforms?

Join our team as a Graphic Design and Asset Manager, where you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of GQT Movies and all affiliated companies while supporting marketing, operations, and community initiatives.

This position is full-time and based at our corporate office. The Graphic Design and Asset Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will also receive direction and collaborate closely with the Director of Operations.

This position is in-person and located at our corporate office in Lafayette, IN.

Job Description

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Create, deliver, and update weekly graphic content to support in-theater marketing, digital campaigns, website updates, and social media channels.
  • Design promotional assets for movies, events, specialty programs, and corporate initiatives.
  • Support both short-term promotions and long-term brand campaigns with high-quality creative assets.

Digital Campaign & Asset Management

  • Oversee multi-channel marketing assets (print, web, social, email, and in-theater) from concept through execution.
  • Ensure all assets meet brand standards and receive required approvals from leadership prior to launch.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage a centralized asset library for ongoing and future use.

Brand Consistency & Quality Control

  • Ensure all guest-facing materials maintain a unified brand voice, visual identity, and professional quality.
  • Monitor and protect the integrity of company logos, typography, color palettes, and design standards.
  • Review and refine materials created across departments to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaboration & Cross-Department Support

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Community Engagement teams to support initiatives that increase awareness and drive attendance.
  • Provide creative support for special events, partnerships, and community-focused campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas and business needs into effective visual solutions.

Software & Technical Skills

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite daily, with a strong emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Motion graphics or video skills using After Effects are a plus.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to digital and print marketing.

Scope of Responsibility

  • This role is hired with the expectation that they will support all creative development and campaign assets for GQT Movies and all affiliated companies.

Qualifications / Expectations

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Proven experience in graphic design, and visual communications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design across digital and print platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required; After Effects experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to adapt and grow.
