What You'll Do:- Drive Innovation - Support continuous improvement initiatives within rubber manufacturing processes, including molding and secondary operations.
- Be a Key Player - Assist with new equipment installations, process changes, and project launches, helping integrate improvements into day-to-day operations.
- Design for Efficiency - Help design and refine workspaces with a focus on ergonomics, material flow, safety, and productivity.
- Gain Hands-On Experience - Spend time on the production floor and in the office, applying engineering principles to real manufacturing challenges in a rubber production environment.
What We're Looking For:Education - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
Required Skills - Comfortable with
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Strong problem solving skills and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome to Have!):- Experience with 3D CAD software
- Exposure to ERP or manufacturing execution systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Interest or coursework related to rubber, polymers, or materials manufacturing
