JOB SUMMARY

As a Electrical Controls Engineer in Antigo, WI you will:

  • Specify, design, program, test, and implement electrical components, equipment, and control systems for industrial and technical applications
  • Develop and modify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts
  • Design and support power distribution systems, including switchgear, protection systems, and facility electrical upgrades
  • Program and integrate PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robots, servos, and related automation hardware
  • Lead electrical integration for new equipment, processes, and system upgrades
  • Evaluate existing equipment and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, safety, and diagnostics

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor of Science degree (BSEE) in Electrical Engineering required
  • 3+ years of Controls Engineering experience
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, code manuals, and technical documentation

  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robotics, servos, and industrial control systems
  • Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters and related equipment

  • Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly; able to meet physical demands of industrial environments
