About the Position: This position is responsible for compliance and enforcement activities for assigned facilities within the Air II Branch of Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Division including, but not limited to, conducting inspections, handling informal enforcement actions, reviewing report submittals, and managing the resolution.
What you'll need to be Successful: The applicant should have good organizational and computer skills. Applicant needs to be able to prioritize workload and have good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in engineering, preferably with courses in environmental engineering and possession of a certificate of registration as an Engineer in Training from the Mississippi State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.
