AECOM België is op zoek naar een Milieuadviseur om zich bij ons Bodem & Grondwaterteam aan te sluiten. Jij zal binnen een divers team samenwerken aan een uitdagend en gevarieerd takenpakket, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat kleinere tot grotere en complexe bodem- en grondwaterprojecten succesvol worden afgerond. Tevens ondersteun jij andere milieugerelateerde business lines.

Job Description
  • Project management - verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het organiseren van bodem- en grondwateronderzoeks-/saneringsprojecten. Zorg ervoor dat jouw taken/projecten worden uitgevoerd volgens hoge normen op het gebied van Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Klantenbeheer, Planning, Budgettering en Rapportage. Handhaaf de hoge veiligheidsnormen van AECOM in jouw eigen projectwerk en met de mensen/partners waarmee je samenwerkt.
  • Client management - effectief begeleiden van de klant en hun behoeften omzetten naar een efficiënt en oplossingsgericht concept. Het is geen verrassing dat goed klantenbeheer klantbehoud verhoogt en groei bevordert.
  • People management - door junior profielen op locatie en op kantoor te coachen en te helpen, fungeer je als mentor en help je bij het ontwikkelen van jong talent. Jij beheert ook aannemers en onderaannemers om een uitstekende werkrelatie met hen te onderhouden.
  • Technisch en regelgevend beheer - ondersteun jouw klanten en collega's met de verschillende (van toepassingszijnde) milieuregelgevingen in België. Dit vereist een goede technische kennis van de bodemregelgeving. Neem verantwoordelijkheid op het gebied van technische of regelgevende onderwerpen. Ontwikkel en deel jouw expertise als onderdeel van ons AECOM-technische netwerk. Omarm digitale tools voor, bijvoorbeeld, gegevensverwerking en project management.
  • Bedrijfsontwikkeling - commercieel bewustzijn helpt bij het identificeren van zakelijke kansen om de activiteiten van je team verder te ontwikkelen.
