Description
IntelliSource is excited to hire a PPE Compliance Monitor for our partner located on USA Parkway. This person will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and organized. You are responsible for ensuring the team is wearing the proper PPE before entering the clean room. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, compliant, and sterile environment.
Location: Off I-80 and USA Parkway (You can take the shuttle!)
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: 12 Hour shifts from 6:00am to 6:00pm or 6:00pm to 6:00am
What you will be doing as a Compliance Monitor:
  • Verify that all team members are wearing the correct PPE before entering the clean room.
  • Communicate and enforce safety and compliance requirements consistently and professionally.
  • Report non-compliance or safety concerns to the supervisor/management.
  • Assist in training and reminding team members about PPE requirements and clean room standards.
  • Assist with replenishing PPE supplies.
  • Perform routine cleaning by wiping down area, removing sticky mats, taking out the trash, and other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • OSHA 10 is needed for this position.
  • Positive, proactive attitude & "can-do" mentality that is customer service oriented.
  • Strong Attention to detail and ability to enforce standards.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
