An Environmental Agency is a governmental or independent organization responsible for protecting and improving the environment. They also investigate pollution incidents, advise on policy, and educate the public about environmental issues. The goal is to ensure a safe, healthy environment for current and future generations.

What are some typical challenges faced when working in an environmental agency, and how can employees effectively address them?
