Job Description Summary Assists technicians with general maintenance work on a variety of facilities equipment and systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Assists with general maintenance work to develop maintenance skillset. Assist mechanics with preventive maintenance (PM's) and client/proactive work orders.

Performs general housekeeping duties in the work areas and shop. Complies with all Fluor Corporation safety requirements and programs. Education & Experience Education: must be enrolled in applicable degree program at RCTC and be eligible for Employer Co-op opportunities Ability to complete heavy physical labor (pushing, pulling, lifting objects up to 50 lbs.) Have basic knowledge of air compressors, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, plumbing, chilled water, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment

Have basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and tools Appropriate communication skills Ability to interface with customers as needed Basic computer skills Job Requirements We are an equal opportunity employer.
