Position: Bilingual Executive Assistant

Duration: 14-Month Contract

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant for a contract position with a client in Montreal, QC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior executives, exceptional organizational skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.


Services to be Provided

  • Manage all aspects of the VP’s calendar, ensuring meetings are appropriately prioritized with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including frequent travel logistics
  • Proactively support and make decisions on behalf of the executive when required
  • Manage administrative budget activities, including expense reimbursements and purchase orders
  • Support day-to-day operational requirements such as booking meeting rooms, ordering meals, and coordinating meeting logistics
  • Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless executive support
  • Monitor and manage VP email requests related to meeting scheduling
  • Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support in a dynamic environment
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and distribution of internal and external communications, including French-language content
  • Support events and perform additional administrative duties as required
