Are you a skilled CRNA seeking true clinical autonomy, a versatile case mix, and an exceptional work-life balance? We are recruiting an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a provider- and employee-owned staffing group at a high-performing Critical Access Hospital in picturesque Southwestern Wisconsin.

 Clinical Scope & Practice Environment

Enjoy a collaborative, highly supportive team culture with complete clinical independence in a well-equipped facility.

  • Practice Model: 100% independent, autonomous CRNA practice—no supervision required.

  • Full-Scope Anesthesia: Perform general anesthesia, MAC, spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks.

  • Facility: Busy, top-rated Critical Access Hospital serving a vibrant regional patient population.

  •

  • Charming Local Culture: Explore historic downtowns filled with artisan shops, farm-to-table dining, local wineries, orchards, and seasonal farmers' markets.

  • Prime Accessibility: Enjoy peace and small-town warmth without sacrificing urban conveniences—located under 45–60 minutes from downtown Madison, WI and approximately 3 hours from Chicagoland.

 Candidate Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted RN and CRNA license (or eligible for Wisconsin licensure).

  • NBCRNA Certification.

  • Proven proficiency in full-scope independent anesthesia practice, including OB epidurals, spinals, and nerve blocks.

  • ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications.
