Job description

Part-time/ Non-Exempt Position
Starting wage: $19.29-$21.43
Job Summary
The principle purpose of this position is to maintain a clean environment. This position works alternating pay periods, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Work Hours: M-F 5:30-9:00pm (17.5 hrs./wk)  
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position.  Employees are expected to be able to perform each of these job duties satisfactorily and successfully with or without reasonable accommodations to be qualified for the position.  Other duties may be required and assigned.
 
  • 60% Vacuuming, dusting and polishing. (Some positions may include bathrooms).
  • 30% Removal and disposal of garbage and recyclables.
  • 10% Performs other duties as assigned.    

Supervision Exercised
None.
Minimum Education Qualifications
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Six months cleaning experience to obtain basic skills and understanding of requirements.
Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements:
None.

In order to perform the functions and responsibilities of the position (listed above) the following knowledge, skills, and abilities are essential.
 
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend and twist
  • Good vision to perform duties and responsibilities
