Job description

Hiring and Adanced Development Product Engineer responsible for research, collecting data and making calculations to make design changes to product/component parts at our Rochester Hills facility. Responsible for using different methodologies, tools and creative solutions to developing or existing products. Lead design verification to ensure all product requirements are met. Perform tolerance stack up studies and modify designs. Develop and adhere to time schedules thar are in line with the master project plan. Identify risk factors and define possible challenges and potential solutions. Prepare, edit and create engine components and assembly drawings and models. Support the preparation of Engineering Change Orders to change structures and components as warranted per customer request. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its foreign educational equivalent. Must have at least 12 months of experience as a Product Engineer.
