Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join a dynamic team in Tyler, TX area. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, utilizing your expertise to operate and maintain CNC machinery while ensuring precision and quality in every part produced. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining operations.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve processes and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including blueprints and CAD drawings.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling, with the ability to set up and operate various types of CNC equipment.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and quality control processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
