Job description

Groth Law Firm is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Pre-Suit Paralegal to guide clients through the early stages of their personal injury case. As a primary point of contact for clients, you'll gather critical case information, coordinate medical records and documentation, prepare demand packages, and work closely with attorneys to move cases efficiently toward resolution. Responsibilities

  • Conduct new client intake calls and gather information related to personal injury claims.
  • Manage a pre-suit caseload from intake through settlement demand.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and compassionate communication.
  • Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, insurance information, and other case documentation.
  • Prepare case summaries and demand packages for attorney review.
  • Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate electronic case files and management records.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently toward resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in legal support roles
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
